HOA Annual Meeting

Description

This will be two meetings. The first meeting will be the HOA’s Annual Meeting of the Membership (homeowners). This meeting will include a vote for the three (3) Board of Directors seats up for election and a community vote for amendments to the governing documents proposed by the Board of Directors. The second will be a Board of Directors organizational meeting for the new Board, with the newly elected Directors, that will start in March.

All meeting information and accompanying documents will be sent via post to all homeowners and also available here on the website. Homeowners are encouraged to participate in order for voting to be held.
