Community Announcement Regarding HOA Manager

Dear Triple Creek Residents,
The Board of Directors wishes to inform you that our Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Cindy Hesselbirg, will be leaving her position, and her last day will be Friday, September 13th. We want to express our gratitude to Cindy for her hard work and dedication during her time with us, particularly during the Amendment process, and we wish her all the best in her next endeavor.
The Board has been in contact with RealManage and is working to identify and secure a suitable replacement. Our goal is to complete this process as quickly as possible to minimize any disruption to services and support. Jeremiah Nails will remain as our Assistant CAM/Compliance Coordinator and will still be in the office assisting with resident concerns. During this transition period, we will keep you informed of our progress and any interim arrangements put in place by RealManage to address community needs.
If you have any immediate concerns or questions during this period, please do not hesitate to reach out to TripleC@ciramail.com. Although you may have come to associate the TripleC email address with Cindy, this is the permanent RealManage email address for the community and will not change with Cindy’s departure. The TripleC email address will still be the primary way for homeowners to communicate with Association management.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this transition. The Board will do everything in our power to ensure minimal disruptions and that a quality replacement for Cindy is identified as soon as possible.
