Notice of Adopted Amendments

Dear Triple Creek Homeowner:

Please consider this letter formal notice to the membership that 12 amendments to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Triple Creek and to the Triple Creek By-Laws were filed, Recorded, and Adopted by the Association. The Triple Creek Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions was originally recorded in Official Records Book 18142, Page 1695, and the By-Laws of Triple Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., was originally recorded in Official Records Book 18142, Page 1791 within the Public Records of Hillsborough County. These amendments were noticed and voted on at a duly called meeting of the members of Triple Creek on February 17, 2024 and were officially recorded on May 20, 2024.

All current Triple Creek Documents, including the most recent adopted amendments, are posted on the Triple Creek Homeowners Association’s Website located at www.triplecreekhoa.com.

Please note that this notice is being sent via email communication to all homeowners who have registered for email communications and mailed via USPS to those who have not.
